The closing date for the house has been extended by a week. The seller wasn't finished with the projects that needed to be completed before we close. This is their last chance. If they're not done in time, we walk away. No biggie, right... we're just out something in the neighborhood of $700, just to start the whole bloody process over again.

This house-buying thing is for the birds. I've been walking around like a giant exposed nerve for at least the last month. And, Duane... Poor Poor Duane.
